What is Tryptophan?

Tryptophan is basically an amino acid which is the biggest part of most of the proteins and also very essential dosage for the diet of vertebrates. In other words Trytophan is the building block of protein and is easily found in my animal proteins and plants as well. One thing you should know is that Tryptophan is been acquired from the food items and our body can’t make it without food. The dose Tryptophan is mostly used for anxiety, sleep, facial pain, insomnia, depression and is also a appearance form of premenstrual syndrome which is also called premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), grinding teeth during sleep (bruxism), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Smoking cessation, improve athletic performance and Tourette’s syndrome.

How does Tryptophan works?

As you know that it is widely found in plant proteins and in animals so it is always considered as necessary amino acid because it can’t be made by our bodies. It is also very important for the functioning program and also development of many types of organs in the different parts of the body. Our body can easily convert it in to 5-hyrdoxytryptophan when the body gets Tryptophan from the foods and then convert to serotonin.  Serotonin is basically a hormone that is used to transmit the signals between the nerve cells and causes the blood vessels to narrow.

Uses of Tryptophan:-

  • To treat premenstrual dysphonic disorder (PMDD) by taking only 6 grams of Tryptophan in the daily routine which decreases tensions, mood swings and also irritability in women with the PMDD?
  • Also used to help peoples to quit smoking and by taking Tryptophan we get treatment for the smoking cesstion.
  1. Tryptophan Ineffective for:-
  • It is ineffective for the use of treating of teath in a difficult situation.
  • It is also ineffective for the treatment of facial pain.
  • It is also ineffective for the improvement of athletic ability.

Trypotophan insufficient evidence:-

Depression: – according to research it is seen that in the common medications for the depression it is effectiveness.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD):- researches also shows that the dose Tryptophan is very helpful in seasola affective disorders.

Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD):-  we have found some evidence that the levels of Trypotophan are very low in childrens but by taking Trypotophan as a dose, will never appear to improve attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Treating Sleep Disorders: – if we take Trypotophan than it might decrease the amount of the time of our sleeping and also improves mood in the healthy peoples also with some sleep problems. There are some other evidences that by taking Trypotophan dose may decrease the episodes in some of the peoples while they stop breathing during their sleep.

There are much evidence that is required for the rates of Tryptophan and their uses in our life.

Dosing of Tryptophan:-

On several types of factors the Tryptophan dose depends that includes age of user, their health condition and many other conditions. Now a days we havent got much scientific information to determine the accurate range of its uses.
